Naomi Campbell took to the catwalk in a pretty flower print silk dress

Naomi Campbell made a surprise appearance at New York Fashion Week by walking the catwalk in Zac Posen's show.The supermodel took to the runway at the Lincoln Centre wearing a red and cream flower print dress from the American designer's spring/summer 13 collection.

The crowd were amazed when Campbell stepped out on the runway first to model Posen's spring/summer collection
      
Model Coco Rocha, who also took part in the show, had Tweeted earlier in the day that she 'secrets to spill later' in reference to Campbell's appearance.
