THIS IS WHAT WE ATE TODAY FOR FATHER'S DAY LUNCH

Beef Stroganoff 
Mahitaji
4 slices bacon (kama ukipenda)

1 tablespoon butter
1 onion 
1 (8 ounce) package cremini mushrooms (sliced)
2 cups beef stock (or red wine or a combination of both)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon paprika
2 unga wa ngano
1/2 cup sour cream 

egg noodles 

Jinsi ya kupika:
1. Cook the bacon in the pan and set aside.

7. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the meat is tender, about 60-90 minutes.
8. Mix the flour into the stock and stir it into the beef.
9. Bring to a boil and cook while stirring until it has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
10. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and dill.
11. Serve over egg noodles
