Singer Toni Braxton has been hospitalised in Los Angeles as a result of her Lupus disease. The R&B performer confirmed the news on Twitter on Friday but assured fans that she is doing OK.
She tweeted: ‘Hey guys, I'm in the hospital for health issues related to Lupus & Blood clots.’
The 45-year-old added that she shouldn’t require treatment in hospital for much longer.
She wrote: ‘I will be home soon...Thanks for all the love&support!’
A spokeswoman for Braxton confirmed the hospitalisation but had no further details.
