“Jennifer has absolutely no control over her children,” a source said. “When she’s rehearsing for the show and Casper is on stage with her, the kids are left pretty much to their own devices without much supervision. “That’s when all hell breaks loose and Max and Emme embark on a self-destructive path. They run around, kicking out wires, getting in the way of stagehands and are a real problem.

“Worse still, Jennifer or Casper have said nothing about it — telling the stagehands they are 4-year-old kids and it’s to be expected. “But they have been breaking expensive equipment and making life difficult for everyone. It’s a miracle they haven’t been electrocuted yet because the lighting systems are very dangerous.“The twins are complete brats with zero discipline, and Jennifer isn’t behaving like a responsible parent,'' the source revealed.

2 BROTHERS CAUGHT WITH THEIR BROTHER'S DEAD BODY

The entire Festival Town in Lagos was thrown into pandemonium on Thursday evening as a decomposing body of a man was discovered inside a duplex on B Close, House 6 of 3rd Avenue. The decomposing body, it was gathered, was that of the younger sibling of two brothers allegedly living together in the duplex which was left for them by their deceased parents.

The corpse was identified as that of Akinbuyi Ajayi, 39, living in the same apartment with Toye Ajayi and Omotola Ajayi, who were identified as his brothers. He was allegedly killed by his brothers and his body kept in a room inside the flat. The corpse had been mutilated by the two brothers. A police source alleged that Toye and Omotola were selling the body parts of their brother for money, adding that the two were caught with some human parts which eventually led to a search on their apartment by law enforcement personnel.

Toye and Omotola were suspected to have chopped off the head, hands, private part and part of the two legs of Akinbuyi and allegedly sold them to suspected ritualists. The decomposing body of Akinbuyi was moved by the policemen attached to FESTAC Police Station led by the Divisional Police Officer, Mr. Mohammed Mu’azu, a Chief Superintendent of Police and officials of Amuwo Odofin Local Government council to a morgue, while the police took other items recovered from the house into custody.

Residents of FESTAC came out in their large numbers to watch the horrifying spectacle as the council officials and policemen removed the body. Apart from the body that was recovered from the house, charms, amulets, a pot filled with human blood and two large dummies of human beings were discovered. Some of the charms and amulets were concealed inside a carton with the inscription: Lord Krishna Agabarthi 999.

Omotola, who claimed to be an engineer denied knowing anything about the corpse. He claimed to be jobless, adding that he depended on goodwill of people to survive along with Toye. He denied knowledge of the death of his brother. He explained that Akinbuyi was arrested recently by sanitation task force, adding that the deceased spent three days in prison.

Omotola also said Akinbuyi was born in 1973 and that he usually went out and came in at will. He told the police that his brother’s killers must have committed the act before dumping the deceased inside one of the rooms. He further said their father died in a motor accident recently. Their father, he claimed, was the owner of the duplex where they live. Akinbuyi’s corpse was dumped in one of the rooms upstairs.

Toye described himself as a primary school teacher. When the police asked him where he teaches, he could not utter a word.

THE BIGGEST WHITE STURGEON FISH WAS CAUGHT IN CANADA

A monster white sturgeon weighing an estimated 1,100 pounds and measuring 12 feet, 4 inches was caught and released on the Fraser River, a British Columbia waterway famous for its big sturgeon...just not this big.

Catches of white sturgeon averaging 30 to 100 pounds are typical on the Fraser, even an occasional 250-pounder, but nothing as massive as this sturgeon, believed to be the biggest freshwater fish ever caught on rod and reel in North America...and possibly the oldest. "I've been a professional guide on the Fraser for 25 years and I've never seen a sturgeon this big," said Dean Werk, owner/guide of Great River Fishing Adventures.

"We have helped to collectively tag more than 47,000 white sturgeon since 1995, and scanned in excess of 90,000 tagged sturgeon that have been caught and released. This tells us this dinosaur fish hasn't been caught in at least 18 years if ever at all. I'd bet she's over 100 years old."

Think about that: Incredibly, this massive sturgeon, a prehistoric species, might have been hatched the year the Titanic sank.

It could also be 35 years older than the angler, Michael Snell, 65, of Salisbury, England. Snell, who was fishing with his wife, Margaret, called the catch a fish of a lifetime. 

"It is the most excitement I've ever had with a fish," said Snell, who took 1 1/2 hours to eventually land the fish along the shoreline. "It all happened so quickly. When we picked her head up out of the water, it was almost three-feet wide. I never knew a fish could be that large." 

By comparison, the world-record swordfish is 1,182 pounds. The world record for a white sturgeon? It is 468 pounds taken in Benicia, Calif., according to the 2012 International Game Fish Association book of World Record Game Fishes.

Since Great River Fishing Adventures, like many others on the river, are into conservation and preserving these incredible creatures, the fish was released alive, so weighing it was impossible.

The estimated weight was based on charts created by the Fraser River Conservation Society using girth and length measurements. A similar chart for marlin gave the same estimate.

Officials of the State Security Services (SSS), on Wednesday, paraded two men who allegedly beheaded a 7-year-old boy and attempted to sell the head.John Yakubu, 25, and Ishaya Dakulung, 30, were arrested along A.Y.A Junction of Asokoro District, Abuja, following a tip off. Both men confessed to the crime. Dakulung told journalists that he contacted Yakubu and offered him N250, 000 to get a fresh human head after he was approached by an unnamed person who wanted it for ritual purposes.

Yakubu said he went back to his village, Angwa Galadima, in Nasarawa State, where he lured his neighbour’s child, 7-year-old Samu Danjuma, to a stream with a bread worth N20. There, he beheaded the boy and dumped his body in the stream; and returned to Abuja where he handed over the head to Dakulung. Luck, however, ran out for the suspects when they were accosted and arrested in Abuja by men of the FCT State Security Services, who swung into action following a tip-off.

Ibrahim Halilu, the Assistant Director, Operations for FCT SSS, said the suspects would be charged to court as soon as the investigation is completed.

These are the heart-wrenching images of a toddler who suffers from a rare disease which has caused her head to inflate to three times the size of an average adult. Dilla Anargia Adilla, 3, was born with Hydrocephalus - a rare condition that blocks the flow of spinal fluid through the brain. The excess fluid has collected in her skull causing her head to grow at an alarming rate. When she was born her head was a little larger than average, now it measures a whopping 100cm from ear to ear.

The debilitating condition has left the brave toddler, who had been able to say a few basic words, unable to walk or talk. She also suffers from blurred vision and stiff lower limbs and is cared for by her father Azwar Anas, 31, mother Puspita, 28, and sister Fazira, 7, at their home in Bogor, Indonesia. The condition used to be described as 'water on the brain', although more correctly it is caused by a build up of cerebrospinal fluid. It was probably caused as the result of an infection that Puspita developed during pregnancy.

Doctors in Indonesia are now reluctant to carry out the operation due to the severity of Dilla's condition and her parents are praying for a miracle. It is likely that Dilla has developed brain damage due to the delay in treatment. Mrs Anas said: 'Ever since I was told by the doctors before her birth about her disabilities I have accepted it from the start. 'But seeing Dilla in so much pain is obviously tearing me apart. It doesn't just affect me, it upsets everybody when we see her in pain.

'I don't know whether she will survive this illness because she needs special and intensive care. 'A doctor has told me that they can't operate on Dilla because she is also getting weaker. I can only accept the gift that God has given to me and my husband.'I know that God sent Dilla to me to take care of her with all my heart. 'We are not sure there's going to be a miracle but we can only hope and the rest is up to God.'

One pop diva will replace another on American Idol next season as Mariah Carey said Monday she's signed on as a judge. The deal was announced with show biz flair at the Television Critics Association summer tour in Beverly Hills. 

BEVERLY HILLS – Mariah Carey will be joining "American Idol" as a judge next season, filling the female diva slot and removing any last sliver of doubt that Jennifer Lopez is really leaving.

Fox Entertainment President Kevin Reilly, wearing a grin as big as Carey’s list of hits, confirmed the hire on the phone with Carey in front of television critics Monday. He was less forthcoming about her salary, which is reported by multiple sources to be $12 million for her first season.

That’s the same rate at which Lopez was hired. Lopez reportedly made $15 million her second season, during which the show’s ratings tumbled, and unconfirmed sources said she was rebuffed when she asked for a raise to return for season three.

He then gave them to a private jeweller friend to make Kim a one-of-a-kind engagement ring.

William Balfour has been sentenced to serve THREE CONSECUTIVE LIFE SENTENCES in prison for murdering three members of Jennifer Hudson's family.

Balfour was convicted May 11th of 1st degree murder in the deaths of Jennifer's mom Darnell Donerson, her brother Jason Hudson, and nephew Julian King. He was also convicted of home invasion and residential burglary.

Balfour was in a Chicago courtroom for his sentencing, and proclaimed his innocence right up to the end. Jennifer Hudson was also present. During the sentencing hearing, the judge looked Balfour in the eyes and said, "Your soul is as barren as dark space." 

31-year-old Balfour stands convicted of the triple murder after allegedly flying into a blind and jealous rage in 2008 -- when he believed his ex-girlfriend (Jennifer's sister) had received a gift from her new boyfriend.

She was brought into hospital after attempting to commit suicide with rat poison. But when nurses examined Sitabai Chouhan, they make a horrific discovery that was medieval in its barbarity. The housewife Sitabai had been drugged by her husband Chouhan who then punctured holes with a needle on either side of her genitals. He had carried out the agonising assault so he could seal her private parts with a padlock when he went to work to stop her having sex with anyone else.

Head constable Chhaganlal said: ‘The nurses confirmed the existence of a small lock. It was only after the husband’s arrest that the lock could be opened.’ Chouhan said he had done this because several women in his family had 'strayed' in the past.

Mrs Chouhan is being treated in hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. Her husband, meanwhile, has been charged with cruelty and voluntarily causing grievous hurt.

Police described him as an alcoholic who was mentally disturbed. Mrs Chouhan married her husband when she was 16. They have had five kids.  She is said to have attempted suicide after her husband allegedly tried to rape their eldest daughter.

GHANA PRESIDENT JOHN ATTA MILLS PASSES AWAY

Ghana's President John Atta Mills, who had been suffering from throat cancer, has died in the capital, Accra.

A statement from his office said the 68-year-old died a few hours after being taken ill, but did not give details. "It is with a heavy heart...that we announce the sudden and untimely death of the president of the Republic of Ghana," the statement said. Mr Atta Mills has ruled the west African country since 2009.

A presidential aide said Mr Atta Mills had complained of suffering pains on Monday evening and he died on Tuesday afternoon, Reuters reports. He had returned to Ghana after visiting the US for medical checks, the news agency says.
