The six-foot-five comedy star, famed for his recurring role as elderly spitfire Madea, originally paid $9.6 million for the four-bedroom mansion in 2006.
The actor-director Tyler Perry has reportedly sold his kitted out Hollywood Hills bachelor pad for $11.25 million last October. In the pictures of the contemporary property - shot by photographer Ben Bacal - three scantily-clad models lounge by the swimming pool and gaze at the glittering expansive city views.
Perry's pool also serves as an aquarium filled with bathing beauties, thanks to the posh place's two underground windows looking into the billiards room and sitting lounge.
According to the LA Times, the 43-year-old funnyman had listed the 9,725-square-foot home five times in the past three years starting with an asking price of $13.25 million.
